I use a combination of techniques—including stereo and mid-side EQ, single and multiband compression, and limiting—to bring out the best in your music. Each track is carefully shaped to optimise the sound, while ensuring consistency across your entire project and reliable translation across multiple listening environments. A full quality check is also carried out, addressing any unwanted noises like pops or clicks wherever possible, and applying smooth fades for a clean, professional finish. Finally, your files are optimised for streaming, digital download, or CD—so they’re fully ready for distribution.

Stem Mastering:
An alternative to my normal mastering service is stem mastering. Stem mastering offers greater control than traditional mastering by allowing me to work with individual instrument groups (like drums, vocals, and guitars) rather than a single stereo file. This enables more precise EQ, compression, and level adjustments to specific instrument groups without affecting others for a refined, balanced final master. Stem mastering is an ideal choice if you want to ensure that I have the utmost control for fine-tuning and potential enhancements so that we get the very best results from the mastering process.
